Panthers set training camp schedule that includes joint practices with two preseason opponents

The Carolina Panthers announced their 2021 training camp schedule that’ll include a July 28 start, joint practices with two preseason opponents and the popular Fan Fest that will be held at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium.

Returning again to Wofford College’s Gibbs Stadium in Spartanburg, S.C., the Panthers will open 2021 training camp with three 8:30-11 a.m. practices July 28, 29 and 30 and a 7-9 p.m. practice on July 31.

After a day off on Aug. 1, the team will hold four straight 8:30-11 a.m. practice sessions from Aug. 2-5 before Fan Fest (presented by Daimler) will be held at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium on Aug. 6 from 7-9 p.m.

After taking Aug. 7 off, the team will again return to Wofford for practices from 8:30-11 a.m. Aug. 8-10.

Aug. 11 will be another off day before the Panthers hold joint practice sessions with the Indianapolis Colts on Aug. 12 and 13 at Westfield, Ind., from 4-6 p.m., just before their Aug. 15 1 p.m. preseason game against the Colts at Lucas Oil Field.

The Panthers return to Spartanburg for an 8:30-11 a.m. practice session on Aug. 17 before two days of joint practices with the Baltimore Ravens at Wofford on Aug. 18 and 19 at times that have yet to be determined that will signal the end of Wofford training camp.

Carolina’s preseason home opener is Aug. 21 at 7 p.m. against Baltimore.
