The NBA on Wednesday announced its second half schedule and the Charlotte Hornets will play 37 games from March 11 to May 16 that include home games against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers, Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans and Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers in addition to first meetings of this season against conference rivals Detroit and Boston.

Charlotte closes its 36-game first half schedule at the end of the current West Coast road trip.

The Hornets open play for the second half on Thursday, March 11 at home against Detroit. Charlotte, which owns a 10-game winning streak over the Pistons, didn’t play Detroit in the first half of the season.

The Hornets also have home games against the defending NBA champion Lakers on April 13, Spartanburg’s Williamson and the Pelicans on May 9 and Leonard and the Clippers in their final regular season home game on May 13.
